Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and established organisastion in the Chepstow area as a Customer Service Administrator.

This is an ongoing temporary role for at least 12 weeks in the Chepstow area with free parking on site and good transport links locally to the M4. The bus from Chepstow town centre & station takes approx. 20 minutes.

The working hours of this role are Monday-Friday 0800-1600 or 0900-1700, with no weekends and no evenings !

Duties will include:

  • Meeting & greeting visitors
  • Updating records
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to record data
  • Assist with customer queries
