We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. The role is working within the Welwyn Garden City area, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
The successful candidate will be available immediately and have experience working in an office environment and speaking to people over the phone.
Your duties will include:
" Answering calls
" Dealing with queries over the phone and via email
" Chasing orders and deliveries
" Liaising with the warehouse regarding collection/delivery
" General admin duties
The ideal candidate will hold a good telephone manor to be able to communicate well with customers. You will also have a basic understanding of using a PC and be able to enter data accurately.
