Job Description

Our client based in the docks area of Cardiff is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to joining a very busy team.

Hours of work 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with the fantastic perk of finishing at 1pm on a rota basis on a Friday.

We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills whose aim is to provide an excellent customer service experience on every call. You will be coordinating quotation requests, setting up of new customer accounts, taking orders, being on the ball to head up contract renewals and establish customer satisfaction rates, therefore strong administration skills is needed too.

This is a allround customer service and administration role, an eye for detail needed along with an upbeat, happy and positive can do attitude.


Car parking on site, 4 weeks holidays plus 3 extra days at Xmas plus stats. On a rota basis 1pm finish on Fridays. A big bonus is also working with a very supportive team from Director level down.
