Role - Customer Service Administrator
Location - Tunbridge Wells
Start Date - Asap
Duration - 3 months with the possibility to be extended.
Hours - Monday to Thursday 9am till 5pm, Friday 8.30am till 4.15
Temp Pay - £10.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience

We are looking for a strong office administrator who has great communication skills both written and verbal. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with contractor or planned maintenance experience however this is not essential.
We are looking for a hard working, accurate, motivated, and confident individual with a `can do` attitude to organise, prioritise and manage a busy working schedule.
This is a busy office-based role that will include data entry, administrator, customer service and supporting a busy team of 5. The role will also include after training speaking with tenants and contractors for maintenance to be carried out.
Your role will include using several bespoke systems, Excel spreadsheets and Outlook.
Duties will include.
-Data Entry and Administration
-Supporting with a group inbox
-Updating and maintaining internal and external databases
-Creating work orders
-liaising with several parties both internal and external to the company
-Able to work towards time frames and schedules
-Managing a busy diary
-High levels of customer service skills both written and verbal.
-Experienced using MS office packages such as Excel and Outlook
This role is office based either full time or two days a week with 3 days working from home. Anyone applying who does not live within an hour of Tunbridge Wells will automatically not short listed.
