Customer Service Administrator

Our Client based in the Treforest area is looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team. Due to the location of the role, you must have a drivers licence and use of a car.

Role Responsibilities:
- To support the team with any administration duties
- Maintain and exceed customers' expectations
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient process of sales
- Communicate directly with customers (Telephone, Email or face to face)
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries (initial same day response)
- Manage and escalate customer complaints
- Maintain records of customer communication/interaction

About you:
- Advanced Administration skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-motivated

- Logistics experience
- Experience of providing technical support

Salary: £17,500 - 20,000. Negotiable depending on experience.
