Job Description


Our Waltham Cross based client has an opportunity to join their team on a permanent basis.
Managing communication - inbound and outbound, internal and external with customers and suppliers.
Take ownership of all aspects of customer service and their experience.
To log and complete end to end requirements from the customer via telephone and email.
Continuously monitoring and checking to ensure the database has correct customer details.
To work closely with other departments and contactors to resolve queries in an efficient and timely manner.
Monday to Friday 37:5 hour week (flexible hours), £20,000 to £22000 depending on experience
