***CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATORS***

I am happy to be working with a world leading manufacturer in design and technology, looking for a customer service administrator to join their team! If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and business support, then this is the role for you!

JOB TITLE: Customer Support Administrator
SALARY: £19,062.00 - £21,327.00 (dependent on experience)
HOURS: Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 16:00) Fridays (7:30 - 12:30pm)
LOCATION: Lincoln, LN6

THE ROLE:
" Handling customer queries via telephone based on prices, deliveries, progress on orders etc.
" Scheduling and processing orders accordingly
" Issuing standard quotations to customers
" Send out order confirmations
" General admin duties such as filing
" Tracking shipments
" Using bespoke customer portals to access the information regarding deliveries and shipments

THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" Prior experience working with Microsoft packages (particularly Excel)
" Excellent communication skills
" Confident telephone manner
" Computer literate
