My client is looking for Claims Advisor to join their driven Subsidence department based in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company who take pride in providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to their customers.

You need to have a passion for customer service, able to work under your own initiative in a fast paced office, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly.

Claims background would be beneficial, however solid customer service experience within an office environment is essential. All training will be provided!

- Dealing with claims from start to finish.
- Organising and liaising with builders, contractors, insurance companies at any one time.
- Data entry onto a CRM system.
- Taking accurate details of all claims.
- Updating policy details.
- Sending quotations.

Role: Claims Advisor
Location: Maidstone
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Hybrid working available, but will need to be local to the Maidstone area)
Salary: £23,000-£25,000(Depending on experience)
