Job Description

Customer Service Administrator - Tempoary to Permanent position.

£9.50 per hour

Full Time Monday - Friday.

The role will be to make outbound and take inbound calls from tenants who are booking their Electrical Safety Check. The ideal candidate will have the following:

Excellent telephone and customer service skills. This is a telephone based role (not sales) that requires a driven individual who is quick and confident on the phone.
Good IT skills - using google sheets, excel, our CRM system.
Planning skills (they will be planning in work nationwide for our engineers and we require minimal travel between jobs)
Works well under pressure.
Able to work to targets - we expect a minimum amount of calls and appointments every day to be made.
Must be within travel distance of Preston city centre office.

Working hours at 08:30-5:00pm Monday-Thursday and 08:30-4:30pm on Friday. Dress code is smart/casual for the office
