Job Description

A very exciting opportunity , our client is looking for the right candidate to work as part of a busy team. We are looking for someone who excels in both customer service and administration and is ready to take on a challenge with the ever growing UK visa and immigration service. The demand on the service is rapidly increasing and we are looking for those determined candidates who want to work within the service. The role is a balanced mix of customer service and administration duties.

hours- full time , mon-fri
pay rate- £9.90 p/h

The UK Visa and Immigration service is an inclusive employer that is expanding rapidly and they are looking for suitable candidates to join this fast paced work place. They are looking for someone who can work accurately with attention to detail but to also be great at meeting various deadlines.

This role is working as a process assistant , you will be involved in handling the business transactions on site , there is a paid remote training part to this role to ensure you are fully competent to perform the role. These are temp positions are ongoing until the 31/10/22 but ideal candidates are seen to have assignments extended well past this date.

" Have excellent attention to detail in record keeping;
" Be an effective team player, who constantly displays commitment and flexibility, as well as the ability to work in a structured environment;
" Be an effective problem solver;
" Be an excellent communicator who can maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients;
" Deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner, creating trust and confidence;
" Understand and apply policies and procedures consistently.

The desirable candidate will -
Be good with numbers and finance
Be able to use computer systems and grasp their use quickly

Hourly rate of - £9.90 GBP for multiple locations, OT is available
