Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

Location: Hove (hybrid working available)
Salary: £23000 basic + incentives and bonus
Benefits: Birthday off, Pension scheme, Flexible lunch hours, Christmas and Summer lunches, Staff socials
Hours: Full time Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 17:30 Fri - 08:30- 16:15

Are you looking to work within an energetic and friendly team?

Our client is looking for a confident, friendly team player with good communication skills to join their growing team.

You will be responsible managing their client's mobile communications transfers and the administration associated with this.

This role includes:
" Assisting with contract completion
" Answering customer queries on their handsets and mobile phone accounts and bills.
" Responding to emails
" Call handling (up to 5 calls per day)
" Provide administrative support to our client's business customers and account managers

You would ideally have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word though this is not essential.
