Job Description

Customer Service Administrator

Location - Central Chichester, West Sussex - Town Centre location for easy access to transport links for Southampton & Portsmouth
Salary - £11,500 to £16,575 dependant on experience
Hours - 37.5hrs per week: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (30 min lunch break).

Are you looking for a customer service administration role?

We are looking for a great customer service administrator - whether you have proven administration experience, looking to start your career or returning to work this might be the right opportunity for you.


You will be joining our existing helpdesk and administration team, answering inbound telephone calls from customers, handling general enquires and supporting call requests from customers.

We are looking for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude and a friendly demeanour. You will be diligent and work efficiently taking pride in the service you provide whilst being adaptable and willing to take on other duties. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable and computer literacy is a must.
