Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for a more challenging role? Our Lincoln based Client is expanding their team and looking for an individual who is ready for a challenge.
This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (4pm on Friday`s) paying £16,500 -£18,000 per annum depending on experience.
You will need to be confident, be able to retain technical product information and see the nature of the call through from start to finish. It is a very busy department but very rewarding.
" Verify orders entered & produce paperwork for the factory and customers
" Identify any errors on the order documentation to ensure that the order is not made to the wrong specification
" Liaise with customers and provide a second to non customer service level
" Meet/Exceed daily targets & ensure you are in a good position for the next working day before leaving work
" To be confident and organised in order to make sure deadlines are met and work is prioritised and treated with the urgency required where necessary
" Gain an excellent understanding of products and processes within the business
Understand the process flow from order processing through to despatch and a willingness to understand the business and customers (internally & externally).
" General administration duties as required
" Take ownership of queries - i.e. - chase query through with the front end (or relevant person) to ensure we resolve it within 1 working day.
" Amend data sheets on a monthly basis
" Good level of academic qualifications
" IT skills essential with database knowledge
