We're looking for a confident administrator with excellent customer service skills to join a busy department in the Cardiff area, working for an international employer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking to customers, updating records, ensuring orders are placed correctly and all questions are dealt with from customers. This isn't a call-centre environment, so the successful candidate must be able to manage their own workload and have prioritisation skills.
Due to the location of the employer we're working with, your own transport is essential.
