Job Description

I am looking for a strong and confident Customer Service Administrator to start ASAP. This is a temporary position that will last up until the end of June 2019.

You will be working in a modern bright office with a friendly outgoing team.

The main purpose of the role is to receive and process incoming contractors/merchant orders/enquires, assist with administrative duties and to maximize the time following up and winning quotes. To ensure a smooth customer journey and ensure all communication is carried out in a positive and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of product, pricing and service expectations
Negotiation & Influencing Skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication skills (Listening & Questioning)
Ability to manage and organise workload and maintain with clear time and task management
A problem solver
Able to work through complex issues on their own
Confident user of MS Office
