Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

We are currently working with a Greece based manufacturing company, looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them working from home. You will be provided with a laptop, mobile and printer to be able to fully carry out your role remotely, and there will be occasional travel to Greece required for quarterly meetings and training.

Required expertise:
- SAP user including:
Sales Order Placement
Purchase Order Placement
Issuing invoices
Warehouse stock management
- Excel knowledge
- Confident working remotely/from home full time
- Background in customer service and administration
- Confident telephone manner
- Able to produce articulate written communication

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch
