Brook Street are delighted to be recruiting for our global client based in Telford.

Our client is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join them within Customer Services Team. To be successful in this position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following...

- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Be PC literate - SAP experience is a bonus!
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Experience within a process driven environment

You will have the aptitude to identify, resolve and suggest any area of improvement in processes in the team.
If you have worked within a regulated environment where working to strict processes involving investigating and understanding issues is something you have done, then we would love to hear from you!

This is a temporary to permanent position, paying £8.31p/h, offering free parking and a subsidised canteen.
