Job Description
Job title: Customer Service Administrator
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday- Friday
Location: Stourbridge
My client is a highly successful and well-respected charted surveyors that offer professional services across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a professional Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The company has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
" Responsible for all client administration
" Contacting clients with news and information related to their cases
" Updating the systems to ensure the correct and relevant information is logged and stored
" Trouble shooting and answering questions and queries over the phone and email
" Ensure all clients receive exceptional service
Customer Service Administrator desired skills and experience:
" Must have strong customer service skills obtained within an office environment
" Can manage a busy workload and retain complex information and data entry
" Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
" Exceptional telephone manner and strong communicator
" customer account management experience preferred but not essential
The Customer Service Administrator position offers a competitive basic salary circa £20K pending experience and additional company benefits. Progression is available in time for candidates with the right attitude that can make the role their own and hit the ground running.
