Job Description

My client, an industry leading organisation is based in a very accessible location in Leeds City Centre and looking for three experienced Administrators to support their busy Customer Services team.

These are temporary roles for approximately 2 months and could flex depending on the workloads.

As a Customer Service Administrator, a day in this role will involve;
General admin duties and data-entry, using internal systems
Making call backs in response to queries registered on the website
Taking inbound calls and passing through to the customer service team where appropriate
Working collaboratively with immediate team to support the needs of the customer service team

Essentials skills required:
Excellent attention to detail and telephone manner
Ability to work collaboratively within immediate team and support the needs of the wider team
Previous customer service and admin experience with solid understanding of Microsoft Office
Confident and helpful attitude
Positive and confident team player

Working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, our client is offering a generous hourly rate of up to £9.89, depending on experience.

Applicants will need to commit to at least the next 2 months and be immediately available. Successful candidates will need to come to our Bradford offices to register and provide appropriate eligibility to work documents and referencing information.
