Job Description

Customer Services Administrator - 37.5 hours per week
Telford - £9.23ph

We are looking for a reliable, conscientious individual to join our client on a temp to perm basis, to provide admin and customer service support in a fast paced environment.

You will benefit from becoming part of a global business that specialise in providing solutions and improvement strategies across a range of business sectors. You will be joining an established team that works hard to deliver results, but always finds time to inject fun into their day.

You will need:

To demonstrate excellent data entry speeds and accuracy levels.

Be able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines.

Have an eye for detail.

To be dedicated, loyal and have a get it right first time attitude.

You will need to have experience within Customer Services in an office environment where accuracy is key such as financial services, legal or compliance.

You will be operating a bespoke software package where you will be inputting test results and producing relevant certificates. You will also be processing membership applications, checking credentials of sub contractors, issuing letters and emails. As well as having excellent admin skills you will need to be a confident communicator as you will be dealing with both service users and service providers.
