Job Description

Brook street are seeking Customer Service Administrators to work for the NHS in a Call Centre environment in central Bristol.

You handle queries and take calls from a variety of people on different subjects. You will be confident in learning new processes and have great customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Work in line with agreed procedures, this could include making calls, answering telephone, emails, queries, taking messages or processing transactions.
Learn new procedures quickly and work to a high standard. .
Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually.
Support line management on any additional admin when required.
Liaise with internal/external clients.
Print/post data/reports/invoices daily.
Maintain records for audit purposes.
Ensure deadlines are met.

This role is a full time temporary position for 6 months, it will be paid at £9.00 an hour.
