Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment Agency are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a facilities management company based in Exhall, Coventry.

The ideal candidate must have great experience within customer service, confident taking inbound and outbound calls, as well as administration and data entry skills. This person preferably would like to progress within a company, that holds strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and develop themselves.

Department: Customer Service.
Title: Customer Service Administrator.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 17:00pm (37.5 hours per week) Temporary to Permanent contract.
Lunch break: 30 minutes.
Basic Salary: £9:00 per hour.
Training: On the job training.

Duties:
-General administration duties; filing, photocopying, scanning and filing.
-Data entry/ processing.
-Call handling, taking inbound and outbound calls from customers.
-Creating and processing invoices.
-Arranging customer/clients` visits.
-Arranging repairs.

Systems used:
-Data file.
-Excel.
-Microsoft Word.
-Outlook.
