Job Description

We have an opportunity for an Administrator with excellent standards of written English to join a successful and growing Engineering company just off the A470 near Caerphilly.
This role will see the successful candidate delivering customer service via email and telephone to customers throughout the UK. The standard of written correspondence must be of the highest quality due to the nature of the work completed, so a strong grasp of the English language is essential.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team and interact with engineers, customers, management and the sales teams. There is free parking on site and an excellent close-knit working environment.
