Job Description

I am currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator who is happy to work on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern 6pm until 6am with 1 hour for lunch (paid for 11.5 hours per day of work).

You will be liaising with lots of different people ranging from the customers directly, transport, warehouse through to colleagues in your team.

The role is very much about offering good solid customer service support.
In some calls you may be able to assist immediately, or may need to take details from your caller to establish the situation & contact them back with your findings.

We are really after an individual who has good communication skills, someone happy to resolve queries in a friendly polite manner. So if you feel this sound like you we welcome your call.

Due to the location of our client you will need to have access to your own transport for this position.

Our role is temp to perm, permanent salary will be £19,459, benefits will be 28 days holiday, free parking, pension, excellent internal prospects.
