My client is seeking to recruit a customer service administrator to join the team.
You will be working for one of the largest independent organisations within their field based in the UK.They work with premium brands within the business and are firmly established within the sector.
The main purpose of the role will be to handle all customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. You will investigate all the complaints and report to the Customer Service Manager.On a day to day basis these customer complaints will be tracked using spread sheets and internal bulletins.The calls can vary in complexity and you will log them on to a CRM system ,direct an unresolved issues to the relevant teams , monitor and provide feedback to customers and ensure all processes are completed.
Ideally you will have a customer service /complaints background. A minimum background of at least 2 years ,dealt with inbound calls and emails and a natural investigative approach.
The salary range is £22- £25K and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-PM with an hour for lunch.
