Customer Service Administrator (WORK FROM HOME)
Temporary until end of March 2022 - with possible extension
37 hours per week - 8:30am to 5pm
£11.03 per hour
IT equipment will be provided.
Our Public Sector client are looking for an Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. There is an emphasis on inbound Customer Service, data entry and document compliance review (full training given), but other duties will include:
" Note take for various meetings capturing notes/actions and decisions. Type notes and circulate within a specific time frame
" Organise events and training courses
" Monitor mailboxes and respond to emails
" Update web pages and distribution lists
" Audit checks
" Monitoring applications and book placements, saving all correspondence and emailing forms
The successful candidate will be subject to a BASIC DBS clearance and 3 years referencing.
