We're working with an industry leading organisation based in Leeds City Centre looking for a number of permanent Customer Service Advisers.

As the Customer Service Adviser, a day in this role will include the following;

Acting as first point of contact for customers, taking information and updating systems
Acting as support to the wider claims team, ensuring all incoming information is processed onto the system
Ensuring all customer case files are up to date, managing incoming correspondence from customers and third parties
Responding to customer correspondence via email, letter and phone
Liaising with third parties such as suppliers and solicitors, as well as customers
Processing invoices and managing the recovery process, providing query resolution to suppliers and passing information to solicitors
As your training progresses with the company you will also begin to manage your own portfolio of minor claims.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

At least one year's experience of customer service in a call centre or office environment
Confident and helpful attitude
Ability to learn quickly and identify priorities
Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems
Excellent telephone manner
Administrative skills, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office & Outlook

A starting salary of £16,000 - £19,000
