Job title: Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 37.5 no shift
Location: Droitwich

My client is a well-known, international manufacturing business that due to growth require an additional Customer Service Advisor. The business has a fantastic reputation for developing their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:

" Develop a basic knowledge of the pet food industry
" Make effective use of the companies CRM to record and maintain accurate information
" Responding to queries via phone and email
" Effectively manage and prioritise a busy/varied daily workload
" No cold calling!

Customer Service Advisor desired Skills and Experience:

" Experience in a similar commercial environment
" Verbal and written communication skills
" Passionate interest in animal behaviour and care
" Must be computer literate
" Team player
" Graduate or graduate calibre
" Previous experience of nutrition or pet health would be an advantage
" Dutch language skills would also be an advantage
