Job Description
Customer Service Adviser
Are you a bubbly, polite and friendly person who also has outstanding customer service skills? Then this could be the job for you. Our client in Leicester is looking for a customer service adviser who will be part of a fantastic team.
Main Duties will include
" Supports Sales, Development and Marketing activities
" Produces client user reports and user numbers against target to manage activity
" Provide superior customer service to all existing and prospect clients
" Provide level 1 customer support duties to existing users and handles these in a professional manner at all times.
" Take incoming calls and queries from clients and resolve them where possible, whilst logging these queries onto the system.
" Work amongst team to share information.
" Attend Events such as roadshows or exhibitions to represent 360 Dot Net.
" Follow up roadshows events and manage data to help aid marketing activities, messages and book meetings and webinars.
" Deal with customer dissatisfaction in a swift and professional manner.
" Pass sales queries to sales support to book in diaries of BDM`s or Sales & Marketing Director.
" Set up client ahead of training and deployment using data gathering forms.
The ideal candidate will be
" Be highly organised and continually look to improve knowledge of the system, it`s functionality and how it can benefit users.
" Demonstrate ability to work flexibly including additional hours when the business needs in order to meet deadlines.
" Demonstrate ability to learn about new developments and feature changes and share with the rest of the team to keep them informed.
" Continually work efficiently within 360 Dot Net and the Lifetime Group
" Perform tasks required to help achieve the Sales and Marketing Strategy for 360 Dot Net and the Lifetime Group
" Work with the rest of the team to ensure new users are set-up correctly, team has met their goals in set-up, data import, and collating data gathering forms.
" Proactively ring out to increase number of users and attendees of webinars and create appointments for Sales teams where required.
" Keep user guides updated at all times and get signed off ahead of launch
" Produce published documents and presentations as required by management
Experience is not a necessity but you must be a confident, friendly, personable hardworking and dedicated person
Hours - 9 to 5:30 Monday to Friday
Salary - £15,000 to £16,000 depending on experience
