We're working with an industry leading organisation based in Wakefield looking for a number of permanent Customer Service Advisers.

As the Customer Service Adviser, a day in this role will include the following;

• Acting a first point of contact for customers, taking inbound calls and queries
• Discussing the services provided and suitable products
• Communicating with customers via phone and letter
• Taking payments from customers
• Updating customer information on the internal database, ensuring accuracy

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• At least one year's experience of customer service in a customer service, office environment
• Confident and helpful attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and identify priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems
• Excellent telephone manner
• Administrative skills, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office & Outlook

In return for your skills our client offers:

A starting salary of £16,000 - £19,000
