We're working with an industry leading organisation based in Bradford City Centre looking for a number of permanent Customer Service Advisers.
As the Customer Service Adviser, a day in this role will include the following;
Acting a first point of contact for customers, taking inbound calls and queries
Discussing the services provided and suitable products
Communicating with customers via phone and letter
Taking payments from customers
Making outbound calls to customers to chase payments and agree payment plans
Updating customer information on the internal database, ensuring accuracy

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
At least six month's experience of customer service in a customer service environment
Confident and helpful attitude
Ability to learn quickly and identify priorities
Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems
Excellent telephone manner
Administrative skills, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Educated to degree or A Level standard
In return for your skills our client offers:
A starting salary of £16,000 - £19,000
