Job Title: Customer Service Adviser
Pay rate: £9.14 and then £10.14 after 12 weeks
Assignment: Temporary until the end of February (May be extended)
Shifts are based on a rotating shift pattern including 1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 5 Sundays
Shifts = 7-4, 8-5, 9-6 and 11-8

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Adviser to work as part of an exciting project within a large national company established in Worcester. You will be working for a household name with real national presence - you have definitely heard of this company!
Customer Service Adviser is a diverse role which will see you communicating with current customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries regarding their accounts so you'll need great listening skills. You will be managing each individual situation with care to find the best solution that meets both the customer and business needs. You will also work to ensure all procedures are carried out with regulatory commitment, all whilst working with our customers best interests at heart.

- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service ethic
- Strong communicator to handle all types of calls
- Can use a computer - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good attention to detail and quick learner
- Data entry
You will be working in a modern office with great on site facilities such as free parking, large canteen area.
