Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work for an iconic brand which was established in 1977. They design and manufacture products and due to their continued growth, they`re looking to grow their customer service team.

Customer service is a vital part of the business, the team consists of highly skilled individuals who provide technical information to customers and ensure needs of the customers are met.

Working within the buzzing and very busy office you will provide the customers an efficient and friendly service, handling enquiries from customers, updating databases and resolving situations.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong people management skills and able to communicate at all levels, excellent customer service and IT skills and be energetic, assertive and able to work to deadlines.

Salary: £17,800 - £20,000 + Contributory pension scheme - health plan (dental plan) , 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, free parking
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Training: 8 weeks training will be given and then on-going support throughout your career plus the opportunity for progression!
