Customer Service Advisor - up to £19,000

JOB DESCRIPTION
I am recruiting Customer Service Advisor for a global leading company that specialises in foreign exchange. Based just outside Coventry City Centre you will join a growing and dynamic business that offer excellent benefits and long term career goals.

JOB ROLE
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts and any queries that they may have. You will be an excellent communicator with strong rapport building skills where you will provide a first class service to all customers. In addition to this you will also manage the inbound customer service email with the rest of the customer service team.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Be the first point of contact for all customer queries through our various support channels, resolving them by using your initiative as opposed to reading from a script
Ensuring all customer communications are logged appropriately and referred to other business units where required
Speaking positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services
Handling and reporting any complaints
Preparing documents for the Legal department
Dealing with charges and refunds and overrides

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience in a Customer Service/middle office is highly desirable but not essential
Having worked via telephone, email and face to face is desirable but not essential, as our training is supportive and thorough

DESIRABLE
Experience or knowledge of working within a financial services environment

HOURS OF WORK
07:30 - 4:30pm or 08:30 - 5:30pm or 11 or 8pm or 12 - 9pm Monday to Friday

A basic salary up £19,000 plus bonus

NEXT STAGE
An opening evening is being held on Tuesday 11th December* between 5pm - 8pm. This is a great opportunity to have an introduction to the company where you will be able to see them first hand! It will be your chance to speak with current employees so you can really understand what it will be like working there. After this there will be a personality and maths test, once completed you will be invited in for a formal face to face interview to discuss your skills and experience in more detail.
