Customer Service Advisers

Location: Ringwood

Salary: £10.50 to £11.50/ph

Contract Type: Temporary, 4-6 weeks with potential for extension or permanent placement

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800-1800; Saturdays 0900-1400 (on rotational basis)

About Us:

The team at Brook Street South Coast are working with our client based in Ringwood on a special project that involves telephone support and outbound calls. Our client are interviewing immediately for these roles.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming telephone calls and make outbound calls for the project.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

- Availability for the specified working hours.

- Ideally have your own transportation due to location or live locally.

- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
