Brook Street are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a maternity 12 month fixed term contract for a client located in Witham.
This will be dealing with customers within the commercial sector logging information and focusing on providing the best possible service to all customers from early project concept through to post project inspection. Taking calls and emails from new and existing customers.
This will be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. There is on site parking with 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
The salary being offered is £18,000- £22,000 depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a least 1 year's experience within Customer Service in an office environment. With good knowledge of working with Excel.
