We are recruiting a temporary Customer Service Advisor to work within a well-established company based in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a full-time temporary role running for 2 months, with chance of extension.
Their offices are based in Tunbridge Wells with free parking available.

Duties will include:

" Being the first point of contact for incoming customer queries via telephone, email and web chat.
" Delivering advice and solutions where possible to customer queries.
" Assisting with low level complaints.
" Escalating more complex issues to other internal departments.
" Ensuring customer records are maintained and up to date.
" Liaising with internal departments and external agencies and customers.
" Ensuring enquiries are responded to within service level deadlines.
" Delivering excellent customer service.
