Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Brook Street have a fantastic opportunity for an organised, strong communicator within a Customer Service department with a well-known brand within Norwich.

We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, who possesses great organisation skills, attentive to detail and who can work as part of a team but also can work off their own initiative.

Salary - up to £25,000
Location - Heigham Street, Norwich - Office based
Hours - 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (42hours a week), 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Start date - ASAP

Main Duties

  • Taking inbound calls and being a first point of contact for customers calling into the business, handling enquiries efficiently
  • Transfer calls to correct departments within the business
  • Making outbound calls to customers already on the existing database to make appointments and give updated information
  • Update system with relevant information and keep up to date records of customer's profile
  • Provide a professional and supportive first-class service
  • Any ad-hoc office administration may be required
