Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor within a dynamic and friendly team. Our client is a multi-million pound company who operate nationally from their facility in Lincoln. As an employee this is not a place where you will feel like just a number and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress into a more senior role.
As a front end advisor will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and orders relating to the companies range of products.
The Candidate:
- Will have excellent communication skills, able to liaise with internal teams
- Will have a confident telephone manner with good customer service skills
- Will ideally come from within a customer service function of a manufacturing/ industrial company
- Experience of handling difficult calls with great ability to resolve issues in a short time frame
- Good dealing with all aspects of admin
Salary: £16,300
Hours: 8.30am -5pm Monday- Thursday 8.30am-4pm Friday
