Job Description
Are you experienced with dealing with customers and giving a first class service?

We are looking for membership advisors to work in a contact centre in Wigston
The job:
To provide accurate information, to each individual who contacts via Helpline via phone, email, web chat, social media and letter
Use communication and listening skills to provide related advice, guidance and support. Having sound communication skills is essential for this role to communicate accordingly with members, as well as having fantastic attention to detail, to ensure everything is updated accordingly you'll also need to be approachable, friendly and diplomatic when dealing with problematic situations.
We are looking for someone with:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work calmly in a busy environment and work well as part of a team
A real commitment to provide a high quality information and support service to customers

Start ASAP - Pay £11.12 p/h
09.00 - 17.00 - Monday - Friday 35 hours per week until May 2019
