£18,850 starting salary rising to £20,650 after 6 months
Bonus earning potential up to £2,100 pa
Shift patterns will be variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the final point of contact for customers whose domestic appliances have been written-off. After speaking with them over the phone, you'll replace their broken down appliance, before offering them a new warranty plan that best suits the needs of their replacement appliance. Most importantly, you'll give the customer real peace of mind by making the entire process quick and hassle-free.
With a customer service background, you'll thrive on beating targets and love to be challenged; but you'll always put the customer first too. You'll understand the customer's perspective and will have a natural ability to build a strong rapport. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, and a results-orientated mindset will be key too.
