Job Description

You will have previous experience in customer service, and have excellent IT skills and good communication. You must also be able to work on their rotating shift pattern operating between 7am - 9pm across the 7 days, working a total of 35 hours a week.
You must be able to start on 4th Feb 2019
Interviews Friday 25th Jan and Tuesday 29th Jan
You must be happy to work shifts, have no holidays booked within 1st 5 weeks of training
A competitive salary of FNOL £19,350 + 7.5% = £20,801 / Claims Handler £20,068 + 5% = £21,071
This is a 4 months Fixed Term contract - but will be looked to renew to a perm role after the project has been reviewed.
As this is a financial organisation you must have no CCJs. Start dates are fixed. No holidays during 5 weeks of training.
