Customer Service Advisor- Rugby

Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm (with 2 Saturdays out of 4)

My FANTASTIC client is based in Rugby and is looking for EXCEPTIONAL customer service advisors to join then vibrant team. You will be using your FANTASTIC customer service skills to handle calls from both clients and customers.

Roles Duties

" Answering inbound calls from customer, clients and directing to the correct department if necessary
" Using an in-house computer system daily
" Resolve customer queries and complaints
" Process card payments online and issues receipts
" Arrange cover for clients, issue documents and update online database.
" Liaise with external companies
" No add-on selling required

Skills Required
" Exceptional customer focused approach at all times
" Strong computer skills
" Well organised
" Ability to manage a challenging work load with a calm head
" Ability to develop a strong understanding of the job and sector.
" Capability to build relationships with colleagues, customers and clients on a daily basis.
