Our client based in Cleckheaton is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will be to provide excellent service to customers over the phone and also through their dedicated website. This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and energetic customer service candidate to join a well established company with a friendly team environment.

As a Customer Service Advisor, a day in the life of your role will entail:
Acting a first point of contact to customers, primarily via phone and email
Answering customer queries regarding the product range, alongside aiding with issues and queries regarding current orders
Keeping the customer database up to date
Aiding customers with the website ordering system and creating customer accounts
Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock levels
Complaints resolution where necessary

We`re looking for an experienced customer service candidate, with a background in office based customer service roles.
You`ll need an excellent telephone manner and a strong work ethic, happy to step in and help other departments during peak times
As well as strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Experience aiding customers with website registrations and ordering is highly desired!

In return our client offers:
A salary of £16,000 - £19,000 doe
