Brook Street is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor dealing with client retention. Working for an iconic British company that has been established for over 100 years. You will be joining the customer service team where you will be meeting the needs of the new and existing customers.
The company are based in Stansted Abbots and you will be working Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. You will be part of a proactive customer service team. You will be responsible for all in and outbound calls dealing with the customers enquires, management of the customers accounts, customer retention and assisting customers on websites. You be welcoming all calls to customers and ensuring customers have an excellent customer service experience.
Free parking and full training on the bespoke software packages will be given, you will need to happy dealing with with customers via the telephone and confident dealing with customer complaints and resolving any issues and retaining existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have come from a Customer Service background dealing with customer retention within an office environment with a brilliant telephone manner and excellent written skills.
