Brook Street UK Ltd is recruiting Inbound Customer Advisors for our client based in Derry.

Our client has advised us that the roles are due to commence beginning of March to the end of June. With a view of the roles, becoming longer term

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700.

We are seeking CV`s from applicants who have a good service history. Although the role is telephone based, it is not necessary that the applicants have previous experience in a similar role, as full training will be provided


This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team of Customer Advisors, who receive inbound calls from customers and assist with their queries. A wealth of knowledge will be gained from these calls that our client receives.


In return, you will be paid £7.60 for applicants up to the age of 24, and £8.06 for applicants 25 and over. You will be paid in a weekly basis, and enjoy the benefits of having all Bank& Public days off!
