HOURS: SHIFT ROTA:
WEEK 1 - 8am-5pm
WEEK 2 - 9am-6pm
WEEK 3 - 10am-7pm
WEEK 4 - 11am-8pm
1 SATURDAY AND 1 SUNDAY A MONTH
We`re excited to be working with a leading travel insurance organisation providing award winning products and services to over three million customers worldwide.
Due to expansion they are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their customer service team based in Kings Hill, Kent.
You will be receiving inbound calls and enquiries from customers and you will be able to provide end-to-end customer support based on the request. Each customer is different and each enquiry is different. You will be talking to customers about anything from the right product for them, providing a quote based on their need and converting this to a sale, updating their details or providing medical pre-screening. Committed to providing world class service, our client offers support to their customers over the phone, through web chat and on email.
Who we`re looking for:
You don`t need to have previous experience working in insurance or even a contact centre. We look for genuine people that have excellent listening skills and communication skills who are able to build a rapport with customers. Ideally you will have customer service experience and given you are talking over the phone to customers, an excellent telephone manner.
This will be a great position for all people that are passionate about talking to our customers.
The Full-Time role is offered at 40 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern Monday - Friday 8am- 8pm and you will be required to work two weekend days per month 9am - 5pm.
