Our client based in Co Down and one of the largest employers in the area, have opportunities for Customer Advisors to join their team. Due to their continued success, our client is currently seeking candidates who would like to play a key role in our continuous delivery of excellence by providing multi-channel customer services to one of our key clients.
We have multiple full time and part time positions available with varied shifts between 0800 and 2000 Monday to Friday and Saturday & Sunday 0900to 1730. Our client is a a flexible employer so if you're looking for specific hours or shift patterns, Applicants must demonstrate a flexible approach and be prepared to work rotational shifts. You will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance.
We are seeking applications from candidates that have a good level of customer service, not necessarily have telephone experience
Your role would involve acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general enquiries to customer resolution. You may also be involved with communicating with our customers through other channels such as email, web chat and social media.
The roles will be temporary with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week
