Job Description

Brook Street is recruiting for a well-known, successful company based in Sleaford. They require friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Advisors to assist them through their peak periods on a temporary on-going basis.

Permanent opportunities are available for candidates who show they are the right fit for the company - this could be you!

Working for a company committed to its staff in a fun and engaging environment; you will be required to offer outstanding customer service over the phone. The right person/s is required to have an excellent telephone manner, a good standard of keyboard skills and outstanding customer service skills, whilst also being able to work as part of a team and grasp in-house computer systems efficiently.

Full training is provided as well as on-going support and development where necessary.

Staff benefits include pizza, breakfast sandwiches and fruit during peak times as well as competitions offering a range of prizes.

Competitive hourly pay rates UP TO £8.33p/hour (dependant on age)

Shifts cover 5 days over 7 between the hours of 7am and 11pm (Overtime is available)
