Brook Street UK Ltd is supporting our North West Client for Inbound Customer Advisors


Our client has advised us that the roles will be temporary to the end of June, with a view of becoming long term


The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700. This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week, any overtime worked will be paid at time and a half.

We are seeking CV'S from potential candidates who have a good service history of Customer Care. No telephone or Call centre experience required as full training will be provided

Our client has confirmed that no qualifications are required for this role, if successful, the applicant must be willing to apply for an Access NI

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £7.70 per hour aged up to 24 and £8.21 for 25+
